Shannon is a frequent presenter and trainer on topics relating to organizational change, core competencies, leadership, social media, marketing, business branding, library research and resources for the job seeker. Shannon received her Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from Dominican University and attended the University of Oxford for a post graduate seminar on International Librarianship. Currently Shannon is a Grants and Development Administrator at a public library near Chicago. Her previous experience includes library management overseeing multiple public service areas including Business Services, ESL/Literacy, Genealogy, Senior Services, Teen, Tween and School Services. Prior to that her background has included library programming, technology instruction, interlibrary loan and business and career librarianship.
